The owner of Torque Media spent years studying and working in Hotels & Restaurants and believes that a great customer experience, underscored by delivering on expectations, is the key to having long, and mutually beneficial business relationships.     • Sure, we might have the data that says otherwise, and we will show it to you, and explain why we’re making the suggestions we are – but your business is your business. If you want something a certain way, we’ll happily do it for you that way. Just remember, it may affect your goals.
